What do you need to know before you book
Please be aware that you must be at the check-in point 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Minimum weight: 77lbs (35 kg)
Maximum weight: 264lbs (120 kg)
Minimum age: 13 years old and all minors must be accompanied by an adult.
People who suffer from heart disease, neck, back or spine problems as well as expectant mothers are not permitted to participate in this activity.
No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is allowed.
Puerto Vallarta is blessed with nearly year-round sunshine, which provides continuous near-perfect conditions. In the case of rain, strong winds, or in the worst-case scenario seaport closure, we will reschedule your flight without charge.
You must sign a liability disclaimer letter, and in the case of minors must be signed by an adult.
Participation in our experience will be denied to any person that does not comply with these safety restrictions.
