To maintain our commitment to all of our valued guests, Vallarta Parasailing operates a strict cancellation policy:
- More than 48 hours in advance of the tour date: 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours in advance of the tour date, No shows or late arrivals: No refund
All cancellations must be requested by e-mail to: info@vallartaparasailing.com. We will promptly send you a confirmation by email once the cancellation/refund is complete.
In the case of rain, strong winds, or in the worst-case scenario seaport closure, we will reschedule your flight free of charge.
No prior experience is required. We will walk you through the process step by step, just come and be prepared to have FUN!
We recommend not eating one hour prior to your tour.
Unlike other Parasailing concessions, our tour begins and lands on the beach area, which allows you to go higher in the air for unparalleled views. But if you want to enjoy Puerto Vallarta’s waters, you can stay after the adventure and enjoy the beach.
YES! You are allowed to take your phone or your camera up at your discretion. It is strongly suggested you have a protective case for your phone or camera and a strap to secure it to your person just as an added security measure.
No, we can only accommodate safely one passenger per flight for now.
